I’m just bought a new keyboard from the IT Show.

Saturday, March 10th, 2007

Okay I’m really really lazy on blogging now. I figured I should force myself to at least post about my IT Show 2007 trip at Suntec.

I was supposed to meet up with Denise, Janice and Josh but Denise didn’t get to meet us for some reasons. It was cool seeing all the new gen hardwares, like PS3, Windows Vista .etc

Okay, Josh intended to join this drawing competition called mangaka 07, and me and Janice had to get a new set of keyboard. It was torturous to squeeze ourselves all the way to Suntec City. Darn, the whole area was like flooded with people, I could hardly breathe.

Seems like the new Windows Vista and PS3 have made a quite big hit on Singaporeans. Finally I can set my eyes on the new PS3 that I’ve been waiting for! Pity, I won’t give up my baby PS2 for a new stupid PS3 yet.

PS3!

Fresh PS3 for sale!

You gotta have one these babies for daddy PS3 to be happy.

After seeing the impressive new gadgets, we proceeded our way to the WACOM booth for Josh to sign up for his mangaka thingy.

Oh our way there we saw Yung Sheng in his asus attire. He’s selling laptops omg!

Salesman and customer.

Upon reaching the WACOM booth, we saw some cool stuff!

The salesgirl drawing on the stylish WACOM Graphic Tablet!

She's a talent in drawing unlike me

Winners of the past mangaka.

Very impressive works!

I had signed up for the competition too and I hope to win that!

Josh left shortly after that for his appointment and that leaves me with Janice.

Me, Janice, Josh.

After Josh left, Janice and I went to get our keyboards. We were looking for cheap keyboards that could last us quite a while, till I notice the microsoft keyboard on display. (can’t remember what booth was that from)

It costed me 29 bucks, and 28 for Janice’s genius keyboard. (Ahh there goes a portion of my ang bao money)

Me and Janice after purchase.

The trip was awesome though Denise didn’t join us.

I will probably never go on an IT exhibition held at any other places except expo again.

I miss Mrs Choo.

Saturday, March 10th, 2007

Our last lesson with Mrs Choo finally concluded today. Its been a great time under her guidance. I believe all her students are loved being taught by her. She had made me understand the concept of maths better. She rocks yea!

I don’t feel like going back to be taught by Miss Chua again. :beurk:

She’s great but..is she as good as Mrs Choo? or rather can I get used to her lessons? I do think I can absorb as well as when Mrs Choo’s teachings. Only time can tell.

Everyone loves her.

A candid shot of her during lesson.

Last day of lunar new year

Monday, March 5th, 2007

Hello. I’m back to blog about my last CNY visit on saturday! This time, we went to Wan Jia’s house! I did a couple of things on that day, which includes visiting Sarah’s house and getting a new haircut. Sweet.

My first stop was Sarah’s house, Jun An requested me to accompany him as he’s the only boy around. Upon reaching her apartment, I saw Sarah along with Jun An, Xu Jing, Ying Qi and her brother. Apparently they were watching Spiderman 2 in the living room. Phew. Just on time to join the fun yea! My first visit to Sarah’s house, hope there’s more chances in the future.

Her homemade macaroni tasted great with the lot of cheese added to it. Yummy. :)

Had a great time playing the Traditional Chinese Checkers in her room. After that, we moved on the Dai Di Sai. Darn, Sarah seems to be winning all the time, with all the good cards she got/exchanged. We left together with Sarah at 4.30pm. While the girls went to Westmall to shop till they drop, we went to Chua Chu Kang to meet up with Choontat to get our precious haircut.

Wanna see how I look after my haircut, wait till you see the pictures.

Next we headed to Jun An’s house to get a free hair-wash before leaving for our last stop. I had no idea that Jun An actually owns a dog. P.S I have no idea what breed it is.

Mickey!Wow, isn't he beautiful?

We then went to meet up with Alvin after we got our hair dried and headed towards Wan Jia’s house. (something funny happened in the lift to her house in between) Being the earliest to reach, we went into Wan Jia’s room to wait for her and the others to return from Li Ling’s house visit. To occupy our boredom, Alvin brought out his DS to entertain us. OMG, I can’t believe he actually spent 70 over bucks from his ang baos to buy Bleach DS 2nd. What a waste of money in my opinion.

It was then the party started when Wan Jia returned home, at that time her house were already half-filled up. Some points I should state down instead of blogging the entire story.
The food was really nice thanks to her mum. Had pleasure playing with pillows in her room with peeps. And..her youngest sister, Wan Ting is really cute! Heh, too cute and smart for a primary 5 girl. (unforgettable, especially the times she took candid shots of us unknowingly)

Wan Ting!

Alright my brain cells and fingers are complaining, I shall let the pictures do the talking.

That’s our end-of-the-day photos. Thanks for your time, see ya!

CNY Visits!

Tuesday, February 27th, 2007

Sorry to post this late, most of you are probably curious of what I’m doing over the weekends right? Well, I’m went to visit quite a few people on these days.

I shall start on Satuday. As usual, with my group of buds, we went over to Yifang’s house to pay her a visit! Nothing to comment on this visit, except that the food at her house were great, especially the smilies potatoes. I’m so grateful she invited me, cheers! I envy Yifang for having so many relatives visiting her.. It was comfortable being able to celebrate CNY with her and the rest of my peeps.

Yummy.

Next, we traveled to Peizhen’s house. Her mum is so nice to provide us with ice cream and stuff.

Oh god, I figured I can’t blog as well as last time, must be the effect of my absence in blogging.

Lastly, our last stop was at Weicheng’s house. Uh! Seems like my second home (The fact that I always visit him)

Me and his naughty little brother, Guan Xiang.

No Camera Please.
No camera please

Bleah

Most of us gambled heavily, on blackjack, mahjong .etc Feeling cool after winning some money from Xianzheng. Yup he’s officially our “Cai Shen Ye”. What a coincidence, it was Weicheng’s dad and aunt birthdays. Wow.

Thanks to Alvin, we had bombs and sparklers to play at S.Park. Whoo!

Me holding sparkler.

Huiyi!

Chiobu

We headed back to Weicheng’s house after that. Woo, had so much fun playing with the bombs and sparklers. It was a pleasure playing basketball with my peeps, yea. Poor Choontat and Edwin, both had themselves injured while playing iceman. Lucky I didn’t join them, phew. It was fun till it lasted, we left his house at 10pm+.
