yep, i completed the 6km SAFRA Sheares Bridge Run! never did i know i would make it to the finish line..
for once, i thought i was gonna faint during the race..but i actually did it! (and i’m still kicking :))
when sunday finally arrives, i was solely thinking to be caught on tv and thats much of my objective of the run and of course the t-shirt and the goodie bag were part of it as well. hah.
caught up with lorna and we sauntered to the the starting point at esplanade’s bridge. there were thousands of people i supposed..teenagers, adults, and even kids with their number tag pinned on. it was such a spectacular view!
we did some random photo shoot before the our race start.

1st Class Outing!

THIS IS FINALLY OUR FIRST OFFICIAL CLASS OUTING! 18/08 :dream:
thanks to pearlynn who organised this cip event. it was surprising that the majority actually agreed to help out! though i’m wasn’t much looking forward to it, it was quite a difference experience to go out in a big group especially with my own classmates! these are the people whom I see everyday but haven’t got a chance to go out with.
it was amusing seeing all these classmates in their stylish wear and walking together on the streets. so heartwarming! I’m starting to love my class now!
so what have we been doing for cip during saturday? As planned, we decided to help raise donations (very much like flag day) for KDF, Kidney Dialysis Foundation. we divided ourselves into teams and were selling 1 sheet of origami paper for $2.. “WAA so expensive, if it was me, i also won’t buy lah!” i said to lewis, but not all singaporeans reacted that way, there are some kind-hearted people who proved me wrong by buying 1 set of papers straight from me and lewis. ($10 for 5 sheets)

I really hate myself for not checking on nuffnang for the free tickets offer, most importantly, i didn’t get a chance to see famous bloggers like dawn and xiaxue! (i’m so envious of ryan and jayden)

shocked. envious. depressed. frustrated. any chim words to describe my feelings?! argh.. okay i guess i’ll just stop whining about the tickets.
instead of rush hour 3, i caught the movie, 881 with shixiao. total hokkien humour. (lame humour actually)
personally, the movie was alright, but all that hokkien songs may prove burden and bore audience.

Happy National Day 2007!

once again, its national day! so what do we gain from national day? HOLIDAYS! in fact, school reopens on monday which means i have $^%$#%# lots of time to play! happy birthday singapore!
national day also means we gonna see the same old boring celebration in school. 
firstly, nothing beats to see an exclusive photo of my school’s dm.
i have no idea who took this photo, but i shall credit him/her for being able to take something like this!
